takbt Terms and Conditions

1. General Rules

takbt is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between takbt and the user of the platform ("Member").

By using the takbt website, mobile version, or any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use services on takbt. The platform is only available to those aged 21 or above. We reserve the right to verify age at the time of registration.

2.2 Account Information

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account suspension or cancellation and forfeiture of the balance.

• Each individual may create only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Never share your account login details with anyone else.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

takbt conducts identity verification to prevent fraud and ensure secure service. We may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold if verification is not completed within the specified timeframe.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported on takbt: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests will be processed once the following conditions are met:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

• Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total ৳22,000 (bonus capped at maximum limit)

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• Not all games may contribute equally to the wagering calculation.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies to one account only.
• In cases of bonus abuse, takbt reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• takbt reserves the right to modify or withdraw the terms of any promotion at any time.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. A bet confirmed before the relevant event or game begins is considered final.

• If a bet is not processed due to a technical error, takbt will attempt to refund the relevant amount.
• Displayed odds or payout rates may change without prior notice.
• takbt reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

5.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events:

• The official announcement of the relevant sports body is final in determining results.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• In live betting, if results differ due to network delay, takbt's decision is final.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

All games operated on takbt use a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are completely unbiased and not predetermined.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on takbt and may result in immediate account cancellation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
• Bonus abuse or applying bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Playing games using any software, bot, script, or automated tool.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other members or attempting to deliberately manipulate outcomes.
• Depositing funds from illegal or suspicious sources.
• Racist, harassing, or offensive behavior.

In cases of prohibited activities, takbt reserves the right to forfeit the relevant balance and take applicable legal action.

7. VIP & Rewards Program

takbt's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and special benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

VIP tier is determined based on regular activity and participation on the platform. If activity drops below a certain level over a given period, the VIP tier may change. Cashback is credited directly to the account and separate wagering requirements apply.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 takbt's Rights

takbt reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information.
• A court order or legal obligation.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time through the support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw all valid balance before closing your account. To recover your balance after account closure, please contact the support team.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information is not sold to third parties.
• All data is secured through SSL encryption.

10. Limitation of Liability

takbt is not liable for:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Any issues arising from third-party game providers.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own error.
• Any liability exceeding the total balance in your account.
